How to Login to Your Account?
- Click the Customer Login icon at the top of the homepage.
- Select More sign-in options.
- Enter your email and click Continue.
- Check your email for the six-digit verification code (check spam if needed).
- Enter the code and click Submit to log in.
Once logged in, go to Manage Subscription from the top menu to view and manage your subscriptions.
How to Pause Your Subscription?
- Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription from the top menu.
- Select the subscription plan you want to pause.
- Click Edit Future Order.
- Choose Pause Order from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Changes.
Your subscription will be paused, and no further orders will be processed until it is resumed.
How to Cancel Your Subscription?
- Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription from the top menu.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Show Details at the bottom.
- Open the Cancel Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
Your subscription will be canceled, and no future orders will be processed.
How to Update Your Payment Information?
- Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription from the top menu.
- Select the subscription you want to update.
- Click Show Details at the bottom.
- Open the Payment Information tab.
- Click Change Payment Information.
A secure link will be sent to your email to complete the update of your payment details.
How to Update Your Shipping Address?
- Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription from the top menu.
- Select the subscription you want to update.
- Click Show Details at the bottom.
- Open the Address and Shipping Information tab.
- Click Edit next to the shipping address and update the details.
Click Save Changes to apply the updated address to all future orders.
How to Change Your Order Frequency?
- Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription from the top menu.
- Select the subscription you want to update.
- Click Change Frequency.
- Select your preferred order frequency from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Changes to confirm.
The updated order frequency will be applied to all future deliveries.
