Refund Policy
This bioQuad Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and store credit are handled for purchases made through our website. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
You will receive a full refund when you return an unopened product within 30 days of receiving it. A credit will be issued to your original form of payment after the product has been received and processed. If the product has been opened, you will receive store credit when you return the opened product within 30 days of receiving it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have sent you the wrong product. Refunds or store credit are not issued for returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Subscription Order
Orders placed through a subscription are subject to the same refund eligibility criteria as one-time purchases once billed, processed, or shipped. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to billing does not constitute grounds for a refund or charge reversal.
Any subscription order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped is not eligible for cancellation and will be handled according to this Refund Policy.
