Shipping Policy
This bioQuad Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchases are made through our website. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Fees
We offer a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $3.99 for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, regardless of order size. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping and handling fees are calculated based on destination and order size. Shipping fees apply per order delivered to a single address.
Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed by the cutoff time Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, are typically shipped the same day. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on location. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary.
Orders begin processing shortly after checkout. Once processing has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping delays may occur due to payment issues, incorrect shipping information, inventory availability, or carrier-related delays, including severe weather or operational disruptions.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times are processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder or contact service@bioquad.com for assistance.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product. If items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For orders that have not arrived, notification must be made within 21 days from the shipment date so we can assist with carrier investigation.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. If you are interested in future international shipping availability, please contact service@bioquad.com and let us know your location.
