Thank you for shopping with bioQuad! Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, fees, and policies to ensure you have the best experience possible.
SHIPPING FEES
We offer a flat rate shipping and handling (S&H) fee of $3.99 for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, regardless of the size of your order. Whether you order one box or ten, the S&H fee remains the same. For orders being shipped to non-contiguous U.S. states, such as Alaska and Hawaii, the S&H fee will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that the flat rate or calculated S&H fee applies per order delivered to a single address.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Orders placed by the cutoff time Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) are typically shipped the same day. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary. Please be aware that some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery, including:
- Payment issues (e.g., credit card processing problems).
- Incorrect shipping addresses.
- Items being out of stock.
- Carrier delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen events.
WEEKEND & HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Currently, we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends should be processed within 48 hours of the first business day following the weekend or holiday.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder and mark the email as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive future updates. If you do not receive an email in either your Inbox or Spam folder, please contact us at 855-524-6737 or email service@bioquad.com. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOST ITEMS
We take great care to ensure your order arrives securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery by emailing service@bioquad.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product for faster assistance. If any items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For orders that have not arrived, you must report the issue within 21 days from the shipment date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we are actively expanding. If you’re interested in having bioQuad products shipped to your country, please email our Customer Service Team at service@bioquad.com and let us know your location. We will notify you once shipping becomes available in your region.
