Cancellation Policy

This bioQuad Subscription and Cancellation Policy explains how our purchase options work, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. By placing an order or selecting a purchase option on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


One-Time Purchases


Orders placed as one-time purchases may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Subscriptions, General Overview


A subscription is a recurring purchase option that you voluntarily select and create at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency you choose unless modified or canceled by you. Subscriptions cannot be created without your direct action and authorization. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to recurring charges at the selected frequency until the subscription is modified or canceled.


How Subscriptions Work

  • Enrollment: You enroll in a subscription by selecting the subscription option at checkout. Once created, the subscription remains active until you modify or cancel it.
  • Recurring Billing Authorization: Your selected payment method is charged automatically at each billing cycle based on your chosen delivery schedule. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each recurring order until cancellation. Payment information can only be updated by you through your customer account portal.
  • Subscription Benefits: Subscriptions may include promotional benefits such as discounts or shipping incentives. These benefits apply only while the subscription is active and may be modified or discontinued at any time.


Managing Your Subscription

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your customer account portal. At any time, you may change delivery frequency, update shipping address, update payment information, or pause or cancel the subscription. Changes take effect based on the timing of your next scheduled billing and shipment. Changes made after an order has already been billed or processed will apply to the following billing cycle.


Cancellation and Renewal Terms

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Cancellation stops future charges and future shipments. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Processed Orders: Any subscription order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped cannot be canceled and will follow our Refund Policy.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.


Timing of Cancellations

Cancellations or changes submitted after a billing cycle or shipment has already been processed will apply to the next scheduled order. Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid future charges.


Payment Failures

If a recurring payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge. If payment issues persist, the subscription may be paused or canceled until updated payment information is provided. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to successful cancellation.

ustomer Responsibility and Assistance

Subscriptions and cancellations are self-managed through the customer account portal. While our support team can provide assistance at service@bioquad.com, responsibility for timely subscription management and cancellation remains with the customer. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to billing does not constitute grounds for a refund or charge reversal.
