Cancellation Policy
The bioQuad Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation works for the different purchase options available on our website, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. By placing an order or selecting a purchase option on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ONE-TIME PURCHASES
Orders placed as one-time purchases may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
Subscriptions are recurring purchase options that you voluntarily create at checkout. Subscription orders automatically renew at the frequency you select unless modified or canceled by you.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments. Any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and will follow our Refund Policy.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your subscription settings.
TIMING OF CANCELLATIONS
Changes or cancellations made after a billing cycle or shipment has already been processed will apply to the next scheduled order. We recommend making changes well in advance of your next billing or shipment date to ensure they take effect as intended.

You are encouraged to manage cancellations directly through your customer account portal. If assistance is needed, our support team can be reached at service@bioquad.com. While we are happy to help, responsibility for timely cancellation remains with you.
