Founder
Dr. AS 'Narain' Naidu, PhD (Medicine) is an established medical microbiologist/ immunologist and one of the pioneers of molecular medicine. He is globally recognized in Life Sciences as the originator of the 'Bio-Replenishment Theory' and the 'BIOQUAD Principles.' He has served as professor on the faculty of universities in Europe, Asia and the United States. He is an elected Fellow or member of numerous professional and scientific societies and a research consultant to government/ public health agencies and multinational pharmaceutical/ medical enterprises worldwide.
He is a prolific author responsible for many published works, including being sole editor of four reference volumes, writer of over thirty book chapters, and an investigative author of over fifty peer-reviewed research publications. Dr. Naidu’s research on natural bioactive molecules, toxic shock syndrome and food safety has garnered international recognition, and his discoveries are the basis for the founding of four successful biotech companies. He holds several patents in health-related applications.

Dr. Sreus Naidu
Dr. Sreus Naidu, PharmD, MS (Regulatory Science), brings over ten years of leadership experience in health industry. He specializes in research, development and commercialization of novel health technologies. He has coordinated the successful launch of multiple health products in over 30 countries. He is a member of several professional organizations and holds multiple government licensures.
Dr. Tezus Naidu
Dr. Tezus Naidu, PharmD, MPH, MBS (Drug Discovery) has industry expertise in biotechnology, public health, and pharmaceutical science. He has over fifteen years of experience in clinical research and has been a lead investigator for several IRB-approved clinical studies. Tezus has co-authored multiple research publications and is a co-inventor on several patents related to nutrition.

Dr. Roger Clemens
Dr. Roger A. Clemens is Professor at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Pharmacy. He received an AB in Bacteriology, a MPH in Nutrition, and a DrPH in Public Health Nutrition and Biological Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is an active Member, Fellow, and Past-President of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), an Member in the American Society for Nutrition (ASN), a Fellow in the American College of Nutrition (ACN) and a Fellow in the Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics.
Dr. Clemens was Scientific Advisor for Nestlé USA for more than 21 years. As a Food Science Communicator, he has been cited and interviewed by more than 500 domestic and international health journalists, and has appeared on numerous televised (e.g., Good Morning America, CNN, CBS 48 Hours) discussions on contemporary health, nutrition and food safety issues.
Dr. Andy Gelejian
Dr. Andy Gelejian is a leading management expert in Specialty Pharmacy Operations. His clinical pharmacy specializations include Oncology, Immunology, Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Dermatology. He is trained in Advanced Pharmacy Practice in the fields of Hospital Administration, Ambulatory Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics Care and Parenteral Therapy.
Dr. Gelejian has contributed to the development and improvement in the Physician and Patient Facing Portals used in TNH Specialty Pharmacy and Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy where thousands of patients are maintained in a real-time environment. He is actively involved with Limited Distribution Pharma networks where stringent clinical, adherence, and patient specific metrics are aggregated and measured. This has led to the involvement of various clinical trial partnerships.
Dr. Gelejian is a member of eight professional organizations, including the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). Dr. Gelejian received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California-School of Pharmacy; and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Systems Operations Management from California State University-Northridge.
